Robert Farrell, Newport Beach Real Estate Broker

Rob joined the Newport Association Board Of Realtors and MLS in 2001 as a  full service licensed Residential Broker providing professional real estate representation.  As a Broker Associate with one of the nation’s largest residential real estate firms, he decided to open a hometown real estate brokerage that provides a personal and tailored approach specific to his clients needs.

Rob is also a licensed general contractor for the past 30 years in addition to owning an architectural millwork design and fabrication business in Orange County for fifteen years. In 1988 he started a design and construction management consulting business  representing owners in all phases of custom home, commercial and retail design and construction. Rob has represented the Orange County Performing Arts Center with construction management of various projects including Segerstrom Hall, the Jazz Club and administrative operation projects.  In addition, his construction managment services have included commercial office buildings, high-end retail store projects in and for South Coast Plaza, restaurants and gourmet markets.

Michael’s background includes three decades of architecture, senior planning and construction management for Orange County’s premier shopping destination resort, providing exemplary client, customer service and dedication.  Michael brings that same dedication and work ethic to helping his clients fulfill all of their real estate needs, including, innovative and current marketing and technology.

Michael is a member of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the American Institute of Architects.  He is invested in his community through his involvement with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the South Coast Plaza Festival of Children and the Orange County Wine Society (OCWS).  His hobbies include hiking, sailing, and golfing with his family.
